I live in the Atacama Desert in Chile, under the world’s darkest night sky, where the stars cast shadows and the sight of the Milky Way is breathtaking.
I am a professional astrophysicist and astrophotographer with decades of experience.
Over the years, I have published more than 40 books dedicated to astronomy and I have captured more than 1,000 astronomical photos of the Universe’s wonders, marveling at its diverse colors and beauty.
A 30-year journey through the wonders of the Universe, from backyard beginnings to desert-dark horizons. Night landscape wide-field photography, high resolution planetary imaging, deep-sky telescope photography and astronomical event chasers, I traveled the world to capture the beauty of the Universe.
I am a professional astrophysics with a PhD in astronomy and planetary science and extensive experience in observational astronomy, from exoplanets to formation and evolution of galaxies. Trhought physics and the most advanced telescopes of the world I try to unveil the misteries of the Universe.
Since 2010, I’ve been writing astronomy books, both practical and theoretical, for curious readers of all ages. I’ve published 40 titles so far, available on Amazon.
